As a Kernersville native, I have a deep-rooted connection to our community and a passion for helping it thrive. With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, my journey has taken me through various facets of the field. Starting in administrative roles, I advanced to become a dedicated Realtor®, and I now proudly serve as the Director of Agent Services at the KW Kernersville office.

In my current role, I find immense joy in welcoming new agents to our team and supporting them as they achieve their goals. I am dedicated to creating systems and developing programs that pave the way for their success. From designing comprehensive training modules to implementing efficient workflows, I strive to equip our agents with the tools and knowledge they need to excel in their careers.

Watching others succeed and knowing I’ve contributed to their journey is truly rewarding. My focus is on continuous improvement, ensuring that our processes not only meet the needs of our agents but also adapt to the ever-evolving real estate landscape.

Outside of work, I cherish time spent with my family. I am happily married and blessed with four wonderful children and two beautiful grandchildren. Our favorite family moments often happen at the beach, where we enjoy the sun, sand, and each other’s company. In my downtime, I love to read and continuously educate myself to develop systems that help our agents succeed more efficiently and effectively.
